iEvents is an all-in-one event platform serving the Qatari market — connecting attendees, organizers, and vendors through a unified ecosystem. I led the full product lifecycle: designing the UI/UX, architecting the multi-role admin panel, integrating an on-site POS, embedding an AI assistant for attendees, and shipping two mobile apps — iEvents (for attendees) and iEvents Vendor (for vendors managing their listings, bookings, and on-site operations). Worked alongside cross-functional teams across Qatar, Turkey, and Lebanon.
